Dr Amarnath Jaiswal Nominated as Honorary Officer by the Central Government

The Animal Welfare Board of India Central body of the Govt of India has nominated Dr. Amarnath

Jaiswal  as honorary animal welfare officer. Dr SK Dutta, Secretary, Animal Welfare Board of India has informed him  through an  official letter.  Dr Jaiswal said that the role of the Honorary Animal Welfare Officer has been duly mentioned in the letter. On receiving the letter, Dr. Jaiswal held a meeting of all the animal lovers of the city to sought suggestions for the prevention of animal cruelties and implementation of animal welfare program in the city with help of local administration as per provision of  prevention of cruelty to animals act 1960. 

In the meeting, it was insured that  the Gorakhpur city  should have a a well developed animal shelter cum veterinary hospital with  animal ambulance facility. Such operation should be managed under the aegis of municipal corporation , department of animal husbandry  and district administration to render the animal services.  For successful operation of the  services, the district administration of the  Gorakhpur city may play  important role  to monitor the  animal shelter cum hospital. He told that animal lovers  of the city are now frustrated due to not getting the any environment for  avail the facilities and services. Dr. Amarnath told that this time the matter will be resolved by bringing it to the notice of the honorable Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath and certainly, the best work will be done in the city. He also said that animal lovers from all over the city are gathering soon on one platform and a representation will be submitted before the administration .

Discussing on the matter of the prevention of cruelty to the animals in the City, Dr. Jaiswal said that there is an absolute need to make people aware against cruelty being done on animals. But his team is always ready to provide immediate first aid service to the injured, sick and dying animals of accidental cases. He will dedicate himself to make Gorakhpur city the best. Dr. Jaiswal thanked the Animal Welfare Board of India and asked for help to improve the animal welfare condition in the city of Gorakhpur. Dr. Jaiswal has also served  the state level responsibility given by the Board which has been very successful and achieve their many goals. He is also holding a responsibility of the central government as Socially Aware Nominee of CPCSEA. Many animal lovers congratulated and sent best wishes to Dr. Amarnath.
